Blizzard announced over the weekend that their popular hero shooter Overwatch will be getting another free weekend on all platforms, in celebration of the Summer Games event which will be concluding just a few days later.

Players who get involved in the free weekend on either PS4, Xbox One or PC will get full access to the game’s 28 heroes, 18 maps and all the game modes currently available. As usual, any progression and loot earned during the weekend will carry over if you decide to purchase the full game.

The event will run from 7pm BST on August 23rd to 8am on August 28th, meaning you’ve got an entire bank holiday to spend playing Overwatch. If you want to hit the ground running on the 23rd, you can pre-load the game on PS4 and Xbox One. No such luck on the PC though, because someone will probably hack the game and start playing for free. You know you would, you massive reprobate.
