Mortal Kombat 11’s Nightwolf Gets Gameplay Trailer, Release Date

Bark at the Moon.

Nightwolf

Ahead of EVO 2019, NetherRealm Studios have announced the release date of the second Kombat Pack DLC character for Mortal Kombat 11, Nightwolf, who will be available for Kombat Pack owners from August 13th. Players looking to purchase him individually can do so a week later. Check out the gameplay trailer below.

Nightwolf should be immediately familiar to veterans of the MK series, with his signature shoulder barge and tomahawks dealing significant damage to his opponents. Nightwolf can also call upon spirit animals to deal damage to his opponents. His Fatal Blow and the fatality shown in the trailer are also pretty brutal, as you would expect from a Mortal Kombat character. We’re still waiting for a character’s Fatal Blow to be tickling their opponent.

On top of Nightwolf, Kombat Pack owners will also get early access to the Klassic Arcade Fighter Skin Pack on August 13th, which includes versions of old school skins for Jax Briggs, Kung Lao and Kano. Like Nightwolf, players can purchase these skins individually a week afterwards. Will you be maining Nightwolf in MK 11? Do you think NetherRealm have another announcement to make during EVO 2019? Sound off in the comments.
