It’s A Disguise Frenzy in Official Trailer for Borat 2

Borat's back and things are just as jaw-dropping as ever.

Amazon Prime just released the official trailer for Borat 2, which is titled Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime For Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan (I almost got carpal tunnel from typing all that out). We are also told that this film is unsuitable for children under the age of three.

What Will It Be About?

Much like the first movie, Borat will be going around and interacting with Americans. The problem is that this time, some of them recognise him so it’s not as easy to go incognito. Thus, when necessary, we will see Borat in a suitable disguise. The main events this movie will deal with is the presidential campaign (as expected given the teaser we got earlier in the week), as well as COVID-19.

In the trailer, we see Borat combating the COVID virus with a frying pan, to knock out the virus as it were. These parts were also filmed while most of the nation was in quarantine, so we see Borat staying with a family and up to his shenanigans again.

Additional Story Elements

For the first film, Borat was very much on his own, but now, he has his daughter tagging along with him, played by Irina Novak. His plan is to get her married off to American royalty. The film has a new director in Jason Woliner, so I guess we’ll see how all these changes pan out.

Borat Subsequent Moviefilm will be released on Amazon Prime October 23, 2020.
