Fortnite Street Fighter Sakura & Blanka Skins: Price, Release Date & What You Should Know

Fortnite‘s third collaboration with Street Fighter is here, with Sakura and Blanka on their way to their island as new skins in the Item Shop. They follow hot on the heels of Cammy and Guille skins, with Ryu and Chun-Li being the first Street Fighter skins added.

Sakura is a young fighter who is obsessed with main character Ryu, and has appeared in various SF games since Street Fighter Alpha 2. She is joined by Blanka, an iconic character whose green fur and orange trim has been a part of the franchise pretty much consistently throughout its entire history.

Here’s everything you should know about Sakura and Blanka in Fortnite as skins, including how much they cost, when they release, and more.

 

Fortnite Street Fighter Sakura & Blanka Skins

Both of the new Street Fighter skins will come with two different styles. Here’s Sakura in her normal wear and gymwear, as well as all of the other cosmetics that are available with them.

Here are the names of the other Sakura cosmetics:

– Hanakaze Claw Back Bling (included)
– Fighting Tournament Trophy Pickaxe
– Kayari Buta Glider

Blanka, meanwhile, also has two styles, one in his normal attire (or lack thereof) and another with him in his best businesswear for the Blanka Delgado style.

Here are the names of the Blanka cosmetics:

– Blanka-Chan Back Bling (included)
– Tropical Hazard Kebab Pickaxe

Both skins also come with their own built-in emotes, which you can check out below.

Fortnite Street Fighter Sakura & Blanka Skin Prices

As the previous Street Fighter skins cost 1600 V-Bucks, expect the same price for Blanka and Sakura.

Players will also no doubt be able to buy both skins in a bundle at a reduced cost, likely for around 2,200 V-Bucks. The bundle should include all of the other cosmetics as well as the skins themselves.

Unfortunately, the Blanka & Sakura Cup doesn’t give you the chance to earn the skins for free, as the ultimate reward is only a loading screen.

 

Fortnite Street Fighter Sakura & Blanka Release Dates

The Blanka and Sakura Street Fighter skins will be available from Thursday, April 28th, 2022 at 8 PM ET in the Fortnite Item Shop.

There’s no mention of them being exclusive for a certain period of time, so they will almost certainly return to the Item Shop at a later date.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
