Fortnite: Season 8’s first major update has brought with it a few Halloween skins, but also some new items, one of which is the Exotic Chili Chug Splash.

Working similarly to the classic Chug Splash healing item, the Chili Chug Splash is a hybrid item that heals white health, shields, and also gives you a speed boost. It sounds a little overpowered, which may mean that it doesn’t make its way into comp playlists.

Here’s everything you need to know about the Chili Chug Splash in Fortnite: Season 8, including what it does and where you can find.

Fortnite Chili Chug Splash Stats

As it’s not a weapon, the Chili Chug Splash doesn’t have traditional stats.

However, it does comes in stacks of 6, gives 20 health and shield, and also gives a speed boost to anyone who is splashed within its radius, which is around five feet or so.

To use the Chili Chug Splash, ADS and then use your fire button to splash them — make sure you chuck them at a ground or wall. The Chili Chug Splash is best used when playing squads, but also helpful when you need to almost immediately heal up.

Fortnite Chili Chug Splash Location

As it’s just a healing item, the Chili Chug Splash should be available pretty much anywhere that healing items typically spawn. However, they are of the Exotic rarity and can only be found in one of two ways.

Chili Chug Splashes can be purchased from The Brat NPC in exchange for 70 Gold Bars, or from Loot Llamas, which you now have to chase around the island. Check out the location of The Brat, a giant hot dog NPC, in the video above.

You can find The Brat at his own hot dog stand to the west of Retail Row and north of Lazy Lake.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
