For fans of Sony’s medium-sized box, it’s time for another new PlayStation Celebration Pack for Fortnite following the most recent one rotating out of the PlayStation Store. There’s unfortunately no skin this time out, but you do still get three cosmetics.
Currently available in certain locations worldwide, the new PlayStation Plus pack should be available to claim once it ticks over to midnight and into July 11th wherever you are in the world. It’s already available in the UK and US.
Here’s what you get with this pack:
Grab an emote, a glider and a contrail to represent your Victory Royale in style with the PlayStation®Plus Celebration Pack.
This pack includes:
– “Introducing…” Emote
– Stratosphere Glider
– Down Arrow Contrail

You will, of course, need a PlayStation Plus subscription to be able to download this pack, which is available in either monthly or annual subscriptions. You don’t need PlayStation Plus to play Fortnite due to its free-to-play nature, but you will to claim this pack.
While it’s always good to see free things for a free game, it continues to be odd that Fortnite players on Xbox One have received next to no freebies since the BR’s launch in 2017. Epic and Sony are good buddies, sure, but there are still millions of active players on Xbox One that are always overlooked. Even Switch, generally agreed to be the worst console to play Fortnite on, has had more free stuff than Xbox One.
I’m not saying a Master Chief or Minecraft Steve collaboration would make up for all the years of negligence, but I’m not saying it wouldn’t either. If John Wick can take on Harley Quinn while Captain America runs about with his shield, surely something could be worked out with Xbox. I’m sure many would take a Grabbed By The Ghoulies tie-in at this point.
