Fortnite: Chapter 3 – Season 3 is here, bringing with it new weapons, map changes, and a whole new way of getting around. It also has a new freebie in the form of the Dazzle Daggers pickaxe.
To unlock the Dazzle Daggers in Fortnite, players have to play Fortnite via Xbox Cloud Gaming. Simply go to www.xbox.com/play from your desktop or mobile device and log-in to your Microsoft account, then find Fortnite and hit play. Safari, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge are all supported, though other browsers, such as Opera, may also work just fine.
You don’t need Xbox Live or Game Pass to stream Fortnite via Xbox, just a Microsoft account, which is also free. You will also, of course, need to sign in to your Epic Games account to play Fortnite.
Once signed in and playing, you will then be greeted with the Dazzle Daggers to claim, all for free. You have until June 20, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET to claim the Dazzle Daggers via Xbox Cloud Gaming, though bear in mind that they may also come to the Item Shop at a later date.
Fortnite is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
