Dying Light 2 Stay Human Begins “Urban Legends” Audio Stories

Listen to some spooky stories before you play the sequel in December.

Dying Light 2

In preparation for the upcoming survival-horror game Dying Light 2 Stay Human, the sequel to 2015’s Dying Light, developer Techland have published the first of a series of “Urban Legends” audio dramas to set the stage for what’s to come. The first audio drama, entitled “Rosemary,” has been released for fans to reorient themselves into the story of the sequel.

What Are Dying Light 2’s Urban Legends?

“Rosemary” is designed to be the first in a series of tall tales told within the apocalyptic world of Dying Light, spun out from the harsh lives of people within the games’ world. Shared fictions like “Rosemary” and the other coming Urban Legends stories will offer a look into the world and perspective of Dying Light’s survivors, and present a unique examination of how people living in such austerity would create stories of their own.

The US version of the “Rosemary” features the voices of Paul Peterman, Joanna Farell, and Jerry Widuch.

Future episodes of Urban Legends will continue to be released via Dying Light’s youtube channel, and present more fascinating and grim stories from the periphery of Dying Light’s world.

When Does Dying Light 2 Stay Alive Come Out?

Dying Light 2 Stay Human will be released December 7, 2021 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S.
