Rachel Tonks Hill wanted to be either a doctor or writer when she grew up. She now has a doctorate and three novels out but hopes this doesn’t mean she has to grow up. Her latest novel, Novis, is a loose retelling of Beowulf set in space. Rachel lives in Nottingham with her partner and insufficient dogs.
