Wired Productions have today announced that they’re partnering with the Dutch development team KeokeN Interactive to bring the full release of sci-fi adventure Deliver Us The Moon to PC and consoles in 2019. Check out the announcement trailer below.

Deliver Us The Moon is already available on Steam, along with the Fortuna expansion, but this full launch will also see in the inclusion of a new story expansion called Tombaugh. Players who have already purchased the game will receive the Tombaugh expansion as part of a free update, so no need to worry about that.

Deliver Us The Moon is set in the near-future where Earth’s resources have been depleted and humanity has banded together to form the World Space Agency. The Agency’s plan is to colonise the Moon and exploit its Helium-3 reserves to solve the energy crisis. Unfortunately, communications with the colony ceased, plunging the world into darkness. As a lone astronaut, you’ve been sent to investigate what happened, restore the flow of energy and save the human race.

Leo Zullo, Managing Director for Wired Productions, is excited about the release of Deliver Us The Moon, both because of its historical significance and the importance of our current climate crisis: “With just 12 years to save the planet from irreversible climate change KeokeN’s brilliant narrative cuts close to the bone. 2019 marks half a century since the first moon landings, a great celebration of exploration alongside a backdrop of private enterprise embarking on a new space race – with exploitation at the forefront.”

Koen Deetman, Game Director at KeokeN Interactive, also had this to say: “Reaching your game’s full potential and getting it out there on the market is tough. The games industry is a wasteland filled with cowboys, and in this landscape it’s hard to find honest, passionate, real and hardworking people that are able to make the difference for your product. That is exactly why we found home in the UK with the great folks at Wired Productions.”

The full release of Deliver Us The Moon will launch in 2019 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments.
