You might be feeling a little bereft now that you’ve watched Avengers: Endgame. But fret not, Disney has just announced the release dates for a whole host of Marvel movies. The problem is, that’s all we are getting. There is no information on what these movies are, and what we should be looking forward to. Here are the release dates, courtesy of Birth.Movies.Death:

Who knew Disney was such a tease? Despite the lack of details, we can probably hazard a guess as to what some of these titles could be. Guardians Vol. 3 is slated to start filming in 2021, so it could possibly hold one of the 2022 release dates. Other projects floating around right now is the Black Widow movie, Black Panther 2, Shang Chi and Doctor Strange 2.
The Eternals are also casting at the moment, with Screenrant reporting that Richard Madden is in talks to play Ikaris. Neil Gaiman’s revisioning of The Eternals places the celestial beings among us here on earth, having forgotten their origins and who they are. This would tie in rather nicely with the MCU, since it would explain why they didn’t come forward to help during the whole Thanos siege.
Follow-ups to Spider-Man: Far From Home and Captain Marvel are the other possibilities as well, especially given the latter’s success at the box office. Whatever the movies may be, Disney is showing us a clear sign that the MCU is here to stay for the foreseeable future, which is good news for us, but not such good news for our pockets.
