Lucio is probably one of my favourite heroes to play as in Overwatch. He’s nimble, is hard to take down, and can be seriously powerful in the right hands. However, something that I, and probably a lot of people, couldn’t get to grips with is his wall ride passive skill.
In short, Lucio’s Wall Ride would previously only allow you to “ride” the wall for three seconds. It was pretty cumbersome to enact in frantic matches and was something that was forgotten about by most. During the recent patch which brought Ana into the game, Blizzard have completely changed the way it works.
As you can see in the video above, Lucio can now ride walls for almost forever, meaning that you can now cross gaps with him without having to do the algorithms in your head to see if you can make it without falling to your doom. In addition, he can also ride around corners, making him an absolute nuisance when fighting in close-quarters.
