1666 Amsterdam Unveiled, Coming To Early Access This Year

Big on WitchTok, probably.

Panache Games, founded by former Ubisoft designer Patrice Désilets, appeared at Summer Game Fest tonight to lift the lid on their witch ’em up, 1666 Amsterdam, coming to Early Access on PC later this year. Check out the debut trailer, and the hordes of cats.

As it turns out, 1666 Amsterdam has been in the works for about a decade, with Panache filing a lawsuit against Ubisoft back in 2016 for the rights to 1666 Amsterdam. As for the game itself, you won’t have to wait too long to play it, as a free prologue is availble to download on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Expect the early access release to have lots of brooms, cats and murdering people trying to kill witches.
