As has now become tradition, a platform has shared the upcoming Battle Pass skins for a new season of Fortnite ahead of time. We have only had a glimpse at three of them, but they are certainly interesting.
UPDATE: the full Fortnite Season 8 Battle Pass skins have now been revealed.
Xbox bear the responsibility for pressing the button early this time out (Apple were previously the ones who were too eager), sharing a banner image on the dashboard for some French users.

Truthfully, these are fairly cool, even if the one on the right looks like it’s just another spin on Drift from Season 5, which looks like it was teased in those preview images. The skin on the left is basically a fancier Deadpool, while the skin in the center has some excellent pants on her.
Fortnite Season 8 kicks off today from 9AM UTC with an estimated one hour or so of downtime before players can jump in. We’re expecting pirates, snakes, and, most importantly, bananas from what could be a hugely important season for the game in the face of Apex Legends. We have already poured one out for that bullied Tilted Towers building.
Those who completed their Overtime challenges will receive the Battle Pass for free, but everyone else will have to stump up the 950 V-Bucks as always. Season 8 concludes on May 8th.
