Rated "Ahhhh" Superstar.

WWE 2K23

One of the more contentious aspects of a new WWE release is the ratings of the superstars themselves. While the sport itself is scripted, it’s always interesting to know how your favourite wrestler is seen in terms of their ratings. Finding out that the grappler you’ve been invested in is only rated a 72 could be quite the demoralising experience when you start WWE 2K23 for the first time.

In order to save you some potential heartbreak when WWE 2K23 launches in March, we’ve decided to go ahead and tell you what the ratings are for the WWE 2K23 roster. At the time of writing, there’s still some roster members left to be confirmed, but we’ll keep this list update when more names and ratings have been revealed.

Here’s the WWE 2K23 ratings, including the strongest and weakest across the roster.

Predicting Who Will Have High WWE 2K23 Ratings

Given the current crop of wrestlers who have been confirmed as part of the roster, most of the already announced names will likely have high ratings, with one name in particular being John Cena. He’s the cover star after all, so it makes sense that he’d be one of the toughest wrestlers to beat. Aside from Legends like The Undertaker and others, who typically always have high ratings, other candidates for high ratings in WWE 2K23 include: Bianca Belair, Bobby Lashley, Bron Breakker, Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens and Ronda Rousey.

Predicting Who Will Have Low WWE 2K23 Ratings

On the flipside, there’s very few names so far that would lend themselves to a lower rating. The only two names so far are Cruz Del Toro, a faction member of Legado Del Phantasma, and Cora Jade, a current NXT superstar. One other possibilty of lower ratings are the ’02 OVW versions of Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton, John Cena and Batista, which are exclusive to the Icon Edition. It’s possible that these versions of those wrestlers will play up the fact that they were rookies in OVW, and thus not as strong as they’d go on to be in WWE.

WWE 2K23 launches on March 17th, 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X & S, with no news on a Switch version.
