Ubisoft Announces PC Subscription Service, Uplay+, Launches in September

Over 100+ games.

Ubisoft

We joked about it in our left-field predictions, but here it is alive and in living colour: Ubisoft have announced their own PC-only subscription service, Uplay+, that’ll give players unlimited access to over 100+ games, whether they’re old or new. Check out the debut trailer below.

Uplay+ will cost $14.99 and will launch this September. Sign-ups are live right now, and Uplay+ will also become available on Stadia in 2020. The subscription will also include DLCs and new releases, so it’s much more of a premium subscription than something like the base Origin Access. Consider this Ubisoft’s Origin Access Premier equivalent. While it’s another subscription service, in an industry currently wading through them, it’s still going to be great value for money for consumers.
