Trials Rising Gets Open Beta From February 21st

Five days before the game comes out? Seems late.

Seems like Ubisoft aren’t quite done with betas for the next couple of weeks. After announcing that The Division 2 will be getting an open beta at the start of March, Ubisoft have announced that Trials Rising will be getting an open beta from February 21st, five days before the launch of the full game. Seems more like a demo than a beta given that timing, but let’s not argue semantics on a news post about a videogame.

The beta will be available on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch, and will last from the 21st to the 24th. The contents of the beta will include 18 tracks that range from easy to extreme difficulty, including four tracks that are designed to hone your skills and improve your technique.

Also included in the beta are online leaderboards, multiplayer races on eight tracks and a peek into Contracts which will offer players additional rewards. There’s also a co-op tandem bike and an unlockable Helium Bike with a Turbo Bike exhaust that’ll be yours in the full game should you do the necessary legwork. Pre-loading the beta will start on February 19th, while the full game will be available from February 26th. We’ll see you on the track.
