Tomb Raider: Legend & Anniversary Joining Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

Tomb Raider

If you’re looking for something to play in the run up to Shadow of the Tomb Raider next month, but don’t want to play something as depressing as the rebooted series (let’s be honest, it’s pretty dour), Xbox have your back. It’s been announced today that Tomb Raider: Legend and  Anniversary will be joining the Xbox One backwards compatibility library.

Tomb Raider: Legend was the 2006 reboot of the series, which revitalised the franchise and introduced new gameplay mechanics and a renewed focus on action as well as exploration and puzzle solving. Anniversary took those ideas and applied them to the first game in the series, re-imagining classic levels and encounters.
