That’s correct, you read the headline right, Naughty Dog have surprised fans and announced that The Last of Us 2 will be releasing a stunning 7” vinyl single featuring two tracks from the Sony E3 conference reveal earlier this week.
Those that watched the event can expect to see ‘Little Sadie’ by Crooked Still on Side A and ‘The Last of Us (Cycles)’ performed by Gustavo Santaolalla on Side B.
Little Sadie is what fans will recognise as the dancing festival music, while The Last of Us (Cycles) is the newest rendition of the main theme, played live by Santaolalla at the start of the Sony Conference.
The vinyl is already available to pre-order with a shipping date of August 2018 and offers two variants. From Mondotees.com, a blue pressed vinyl with a black swirl, or from the PlayStation Gear Store at E3 (which is almost over), a blood red pressed vinyl. Both include a sleeve with unreleased artwork from The Last of Us 2.
