The Division 2 Open Beta Casually Confirmed On Stream

Who saw that coming? Oh, everyone.

The Division 2

In news that will come as a shock to no one, one of the developers for The Division 2 casually let slip on stream that the game will be getting an open beta at some point in the near future.

Ubisoft have been running lots of livestreams of the closed beta with different development team members, but one of them revealed that some of the glitches players have experienced in the closed beta will be fixed for the open beta. Check out the moment for yourself.

Ubisoft did a similar schedule with the first game, giving players a closed beta over a month before the full game was scheduled to release, only to open things up to everyone a few weeks later. With The Division 2 set to come out on March 15th for PS4, Xbox One and PC, a closed beta could drop at the end of February, start of March. The first game’s open beta also added an extra story mission compared to the closed beta, so maybe you’ll have even more to look forward to in the run down streets of Washington D.C.
