After being teased a few days ago, The Game Awards has finally confirmed that the Crash Bandicoot remasters aren’t finished yet. Activision will be remaking Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled and bringing it to modern consoles on June 21st, 2019.
After the success of the N.Sane Trilogy, and now Spyro Reignited, one of the most requested remasters was Crash Team Racing. On face value, CTR was a simple Mario Kart clone, complete with item boxes and drifting, but the game’s Adventure mode gave CTR a massive amount of single player content. With a bit of care and attention, the Crash Team Racing remaster could be one of 2019’s biggest hits.
