Tales of Arise is a fairly large JRPG with plenty of different areas to explore and lots of back-tracking to take part in, so you’re going to want to use fast travel to get about much quicker.
Fast travel in Tales of Arise isn’t immediately available, as you first must make some progress in the story. You must have made your way to Fagan Ruins with Shionne, who will get a new outfit as well, to unlock fast travel.
With it unlocked, bring up your map (square on PlayStation, X on Xbox) and then select a fast travel point with a green symbol, which unlock after exploring certain areas for the first time. Hit your confirm button to fast travel there.
Note that if you cannot fast travel, it’s likely because you have to clear an encounter or experience a cutscene in the area that you would otherwise miss if you used fast travel.
Tales of Arise is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S.
