Spirits from Dragon Quest have already made their way into the Smash Bros. Ultimate database, so we know that The Hero is imminent. It wouldn’t be surprising to learn that The Hero will be launching very soon after the video goes live, as a nice surprise for Smash Bros. players.
The idea that it’ll launch tomorrow is supported by a now deleted tweet that suggested that the version 4.0.0 update for Ultimate would be launching on Wednesday. Now, the tweet simply says that the new version will be arriving soon, but it wouldn’t be unreasonable to expect the new character to arrive with the new update.

Imagine the hype of someone pulling out The Hero during Grand Finals. We’re sure we’ll have more answers tomorrow.
