May the 4th has become an informal holiday for the Star Wars fan community, and this year’s ‘Star Wars Day’ is also bringing a rebel fleet’s worth of deals and details on existing Star Wars video games.
As announced on StarWars.com, Star Wars Day 2021 is bringing “a galaxy of events, in-game giveaways, and discounts for both modern and classic Star Wars games.
In terms of recent games, the press release reveals that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is coming to Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with more details (like a release date) to come later. The game’s currently on sale, for 70% off both the standard and deluxe editions, April 28 – May 12 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Origin, and Steam.
EA is also offering a deal on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order through their EA Star Wars Triple Bundle, which includes Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Deluxe Edition, Star Wars: Squadrons, and Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition. The bundle is available April 30 – May 11 for PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Epic Games Store, Origin, and Steam.

That galaxy far, far away will also be coming to Minecraft, with Star Wars-themed Minecraft emotes and character creation items, a free R2-D2 beanie to wear in Minecraft, and discounted Star Wars skins, April 30 – May 6 in the Minecraft marketplace.

Additionally, The Sims 4: Star Wars: Journey to Batuu, the Star Wars-themed add-on to the Sims 4, is 40% off April 30 – May 4th for Xbox. Other games on sale during this window are Star Wars Battlefront II (for PlayStation, Xbox, Origin, Epic Games Store, and Steam), Star Wars Episode I: Racer (for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam, GOG, Origin, and Humble), and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and its sequel, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast (for PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Steam, GOG, Origin, and Humble), among many others.
In addition to these major titles, many Star Wars mobile games will also be including free giveaways and discounted in-app purchases, such as Star Wars Pinball and Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes.
