Sony announced late last night that they’re hosting their first State of Play for the year tomorrow night, with the presentation taking place at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm GMT on February 25th, and it’ll last for roughly 30 minutes.
What Can We Expect From Tomorrow’s Showcase?
If we have our way, a brand new Ape Escape game, but the odds of that becoming a reality are quite long. The official PlayStation Blog post tied to the announcement reveals that we can expect 10 games to be featured during the event that will be available on both PS4 and PS5.
Regarding these 10 games, we can expect various deep dives and updates for the games featured, along with some new game announcements to boot. For the most part, this State of Play will revolve around games that were featured in the June 2020 State of Play event. Also, don’t expect any hardware or business related announcements. This is all games.
