Roll7, the developers of the brilliant skateboarding series OlliOlli, have decided that skateboarding isn’t the only extreme sport on wheels they’d like to conquer, as they’ve teamed with Private Division to create Rollerdrome, which is coming to PC, PS4 and PS5 on August 16th. It look bananas, and you can see the trailer for yourself at the top of the page.
Rollerdrome is a combination of rollerblading and gunning down bad guys, with the player able to skate around specially made parks to gain momentum, launch some sick airs, and shoot some goons while performing backflips. This all sounds like an amazing concept for a game in its own right, but the amazing art style and direction are just the icing on the cake.
