The Perfect Crystal Skull in Resident Evil Village is a highly valuable treasure that is dropped by the armored lycan in the village hub after beating them. Hopefully you just threw a Pipe Bomb at them instead of wasting all your ammo.

Just like the regular Crystal Skull, the Perfect Crystal Skull’s only function is to be sold to The Duke.
As you might expect, the Perfect Crystal Skull goes for a lot more money than its normal version and will give you 10000 Lei in return once sold.
Sell it as soon as you can, then put that money towards more weapon upgrades.
