Occasionally dropping from defeated enemies the Crystal Skull can be sold to The Duke for 900 Lei. While you don’t fetch as high a price as other valuables in the game, the fact they drop fairly often means that the Crystal Skulls in Village can help you churn out a good amount of easy money.
Crystal Skulls serve no other purpose in Resident Evil Village, so be sure to sell them whenever you can.
