So you're saying this isn't a good time for a hug?

In last night’s Women’s Showcase main event, RAW and SmackDown Live’s Women’s Champions Bayley and Becky Lynch teamed against the Women’s Tag Champs, Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. The Horsewomen duo of Lynch and Bayley were handed the victory via DQ, when Sasha Banks hit the ring and nailed ‘The Man’ with a huge backstabber.

Banks continued her assault of the RAW Women’s Champ with a steel chair in hand, but was initially thwarted by her former Tag Champ partner. In a shocking turn of events, Bayley then drilled Becky Lynch with a series of chair shots of her own, turning heel and siding with ‘The Boss’.

This is the first time we’ve ever seen a villainous side from Bayley, although as this episode of RAW suggested, Bayley has had enough of living in other’s shadows.

I suspect we’ll hear more from the SmackDown Women’s Champ on tonight’s episode, but we can imagine this is going to lead to some inner-Horsewomen turmoil over the next few weeks.

In other RAW news, ‘The Firefly Funhouse’ segments made its triumphant return with Bray Wyatt taking center stage to deliver a very ominous message to Seth Rollins & Braun Strowman. As originally speculated, it seems that Wyatt is setting his sights on the Universal Championship heading into Hell in a Cell. Who knows when ‘The Fiend’ will be on the prowl.
