Battle royale games are certainly no strangers to the old crossover events. If it’s not John Wick or The Avengers making an appearance in Fortnite, then it’s an ill-timed and ill-advised Suicide Squad promotion appearing in PUBG. This one is a bit more out there though.
A new PUBG Mobile crossover event will tie-in to the upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters movie. Of all things. The Lord of the Kaiju and the original Beast From The East will be crossing over with a mobile game where people shoot each other. 2019 is wild, man.
Another collaboration is here! We are thrilled to announce the crossover between PUBG MOBILE and Godzilla: King of the Monsters! Parachute in to find clues of Godzilla's imminent arrival. Because we don’t play PUBG Mobile, we have no idea what this promotion fully entails, though replies to the above tweet suggest that players can find customisation items like t-shirts which feature Godzilla. I’m telling you, if they add a Godzilla onesie outfit, or somehow convert Godzilla’s energy beam attack into its own weapon, I might have to start playing PUBG Mobile.
