Swords of Justice Pokemon

The Crown Tundra expansion for Sword and Shield brings back fan-favorite Legendary Pokémon of all kinds. This includes the trio known as “The Swords of Justice”, which is made up of the mighty Virizion, Cobalion and Terrakion.

After triggering a cutscene just outside of Peony’s house in Freezington, you will encounter your friend Sonia from the mainland. Then following her into her house, you will begin a quest to find the footprints of these Pokémon to track them down. The tracks appear all across the Tundra after getting the quest but a few key areas have an abundance of evidence.

A huge amount of footprints for Terrakion can be found on Dyna Tree Hill and the caves in that area. It will not take long to gather the 50 tracks you need to get 100% of the evidence required to find it.

Cobalion’s tracks can be found all over The Frigid Sea. Fly to Three-Point pass and simply explore all the plots of land in the icy waters and beaches to collect the evidence in no time.

Virizion’s tracks are all over the Giant’s Bed and can be tough to spot at times against the grass. This one ended up taking the longest due to the footprints being more spread out here than the others.

Once you have gathered all of the evidence, return to Sonia and she will run it through her tracker. This will make these Legendary Pokémon appear in the Tundra, ready for you to catch them. After returning to Sonia after a successful capture, she will give you 10 Exp Candies of increasing power each time. When you have caught them all, Sonia will return to Galar with enriched knowledge and you’ll have three more Legendary Pokémon. Sweet deal!

Pokémon Sword & Shield is available now for Nintendo Switch.
