Not deterred by the underwhelming response to their first stream, PlayStation have announced that State of Play will return on Thursday, May 9th at 15:00 PT/23:00 BST for a ten minute look at their upcoming slate.
PlayStation promised a closer look at the PS4 Medievil remake, which hasn’t exactly been shown off in grandeur since it was announced. It was originally slated to come out last year before it was quietly delayed until sometime this year.
The update also mentions that there will be a first look at a brand new title, as well as updates from already announced PS4 games, though there were no details shared beyond that.
State of Play 2 will be watchable live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook; the same update also mentions that State of Play 3 will happen sometime in 2019.
Just as a hunch, there will be no news on The Last of Us: Part II, Death Stranding, or Ghost of Tsushima, so bear that in mind before the stream gets hyped up as something that it isn’t.
