PHOGS! Launching On PC, Consoles & Game Pass This December

A woofing good time.

PHOGS!

Coatsink and Bit Loom Games have announced that PHOGS! will be launching on PC via Steam, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia on December 3rd. Better still, it’ll be available via Xbox Game Pass for console and PC, and will be backwards compatible on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. You can check out the new release date reveal trailer at the top of the page.

So What The Hell Is PHOGS! Anyway?

PHOGS! looks like the shot in the arm of wholesomeness that we’ll need to close out 2020. The game sees you play as a dog duo that’s linked together by the stretchiest belly since Stretch Armstrong, solving puzzles and finding collectibles across a range of levels themed around Food, Sleep and Play.

PHOGS! can be played in single player, with both sticks controlling the red and blue heads, but there’s also couch and online co-op, which is when the game will come into its own. A demo for the game was available this past summer on the Xbox, and quite frankly, the game slaps. It’ll cost $24.99 at launch, which roughly translates to about £19, but if you’ve got Game Pass, it’ll be available as part of your subscription.
