Nintendo have announced an array of updates and remasters over the past year, including the likes of Mario Vs Donkey Kong, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD, Super Mario RPG and more, but many GameCube fans have been waiting patiently for one of the best RPGs ever made to get its time to shine. Finally, Nintendo have pulled the trigger and confirmed that an updated version of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2024. While all that’s been confirmed from Nintendo so far is the reveal trailer, those two minutes have revealed that all the iconic moments, characters and gameplay will be making a return in this new version, including the excellent Bowser sections. Hopefully, we’ll hear more about this updated version, including a full release date, as we get closer to 2024.
