Jennifer Hale, the voice actress behind the female Commander Shepard, has announced on Twitter a special panel to celebrate Mass Effect’s N7 Day. This announcement has once again led to fans speculating on the possibility of a Mass Effect Trilogy remaster in the near future.
Mass Effect Trilogy Rumours Again?
Oh yes, we’re back to some old familiar ground here. Before the weekend, Jennifer Hale tweeted about a panel happened on November 7th at 7pm UK time. The panel includes the likes of Mark Meer, who voices Male Shepard, Steve Blum (the voice of Grunt), Kimberly Brooks (Ashley Williams), Raphael Sbarge (Kaidan Alenko), Courtenay Taylor (Jack), Alix Wilton Regan (Samantha Traynor), William Salyers (Mordin Solus), D.C. Douglas (Legion), and Ali Hillis (Liara T’Soni), along with BioWare devs Karin Weekes and Patrick Weekes. It’s a who’s who of Mass Effect voice acting talent, though Garrus’ voice actor Brandon Keener is notably absent.

Naturally, gathering together all this talent has led to the idea that EA and BioWare will use the panel as a platform to reveal the Mass Effect Trilogy remaster, which seems to have been rumoured since the dawn of time at this point. Hopefully, EA will finally pull the trigger and announce it soon, because N7 Day seems like the perfect time.
