Mass Effect: Andromeda and Dead Space 3 Coming To The EA Access Vault

Andromeda

EA Access, or Origin Access if you’re PC inclined, allows players unlimited access to over 40 games that are available in the Vault for a small yearly fee. For the past couple of years, EA have been adding more and more games to the Vault, strengthening the value of EA Access as a whole. In the coming months, two more games are set to join those ranks.

In a blog post on EA.com, it’s been announced that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be added to both the EA and Origin Access Vault in the coming months. Dead Space 3 will also be added, but only for EA Access. Sorry, Origin nerds.

This means that for Xbox players, the entirety of the Mass Effect and Dead Space franchise will be playable on one console. Good news for anyone looking to do some retro playthroughs. This is also good for anyone who held off on buying Andromeda after the poor critical reception it received.

But EA aren’t done there. Their upcoming games, like Star Wars: Battlefront II, Need for Speed: Payback and The Sims 4 (Xbox Version) will be playable before launch day as part of the Access 10 hour trial. If you’re unsure about buying anyone of these games but have an Access account, be sure hit up those trials in the coming weeks.

No word yet on when specifically these games will be added to the Vault, only that it’ll happen before the end of the year. What are your thoughts about these two additions to the Access Vaults? Sound off in those comments.
