So, despite a bunch of titles leaking all over the place before The Game Awards, Geoff Keighley promised a few surprises. He wasn’t wrong. It’s been announced that Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, will be launching exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
Ultimate Alliance 3 looks to borrow heavily from both the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the Infinity Stones and Thanos front and center, but doesn’t forget its traditional comic book roots. Wolverine is there, for Christ’s sake. That’s more than you could say about Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite.
The official description for the trailer promises local and online play, along with a whole new over the shoulder camera angle that will put players into the action better than ever before. We’re totally excited for Ultimate Alliance to make its return.
Oh, and the game is being developed by Team CHUFFING Ninja. We couldn’t be any more excited.
