Leaked photos of the Xbox Series X have emerged online thanks to a leak on Twitter. The user @Doug_DragoX posted photos of what appear to be the front and back of the console, with the back ports corroborating a report from two weeks ago.

Perhaps most interesting is the fact that the console’s serial number is clearly displayed on the back of the Xbox Series X, and a user has reportedly been able to register the console, suggesting that the photos are indeed legitimate.
Like the previous report states, the back of the console contains a single HDMI port, ending the TV support from the Xbox One, along with two USB-A ports, an optical out, an Ethernet port and a dual-pin power socket. There’s also a non-standard port which is speculated to be used for debugging purposes, as this version is obviously a development kit.
As for the console itself, there’s a certain charm to its minimalist design, even if it does remind me of the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments.
