Last Chance For September 2018’s PlayStation Plus Games

If, for some wild reason, you are yet to hoover up your PlayStation Plus games for September 2018, today is your last chance to do just that. It was a pretty stellar month too, so unless you already own them, there is no reason to add them to your library.

The headlining act for September was Destiny 2, which was actually available a week earlier than the other games in the line-up. It’s a Marmite game (to say the least), but if you can find some friends to kill some aliens with for hours on end, it’s a worthwhile game to at least occasionally dip in and out of.

God of War III Remastered was last month’s supporting act and is likely to appease those who didn’t like the series’ new direction earlier in the year. Its crazy scale and ambition holds up really well, which is probably helped by the fact that it’s more than just a half-assed remaster. Take down Olympus in this epic if you haven’t yet.

The line-up in full:

Destiny 2 (PS4)
God of War III Remastered (PS4)
Another World – 20th Anniversary Edition (PS4, PS3, Vita)
QUBE Director’s Cut (PS4, PS3)
Sparkle 2 (PS4, PS3, Vita)
Foul Play (PS4, Vita)

Remember: you can just add these games to your library instead of immediately downloading through the PlayStation Store website, useful if you don’t have all the mentioned platforms but may at some point in the future. You will get a tonne of PlayStation Vita games when you first pick one up, for instance.

October 2018’s line-up of games includes Friday the 13th and Laser League. The full line-up will be available from October 2nd to November 6th.
