Chris Jericho has been added to the list of entrants into the 50 Man Greatest Royal Rumble Match.
The supersized bout – the largest in WWE’s history – takes place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, exclusively on the WWE Network on Sunday, April 27.
Former World Champion and nine-time Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho returns to WWE for the first time since dropping the United States Championship to Kevin Owens in 2017. During his latest hiatus from the company, Jericho toured with Fozzy, the rock group he fronts, before heading to Japan to take on Kenny Omega at NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 12 in January.
Also confirmed alongside Jericho is Kurt Angle and 13 others, including: Baron Corbin, The New Day, Apollo Crews, Shelton Benjamin, Sin Cara, Elias, Chad Gable, Goldust, Titus O’Neil, Mojo Rawley and Dolph Ziggler.
Daniel Bryan, Kane, Braun Strowman, Bray Wyatt and Big Show were confirmed for the match last week.
WWE are certainly throwing everything at their Saudi Arabian project, with news breaking yesterday that Brock Lesnar had re-signed with the company ahead of a Steel Cage Match with Roman Reigns in Jeddah.
