Injustice 2 Getting A Free Trial This Weekend On PS4 And Xbox One

Injustice

If you’re yet to play one of the greatest fighting games of this year, now is your chance. NetherRealm Studios have announced that Injustice 2 will be getting a free trial this weekend on PS4 and Xbox One.

The trial, like all good free trials, will give players access to pretty much everything within the game. Players can experience the first three chapters of the game’s excellent story mode, or try their luck online in the plethora of modes. New players will also have access to the full roster of characters, apart from Brainiac who you unlock for completing the story. The trial will also contain the Multiverse mode, where trial players can get their hands on select DLC characters.

The free trial will be lasting from December 14th until December 18th for PS4 and Xbox One. NetherRealm haven’t said whether or not you’ll need PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold, but this is usually a requirement for most limited access trials. During this trial period, Injustice 2 will also go on sale at “selected retailers”.

We’ve had a lot of good words to say about Injustice 2, hailing it as one of our favourite games of 2017 and calling it an “essential purchase”. If you download the trial, you can find out why. Check out the trailer for the trial below.
