It was perhaps one of the more expected announcements of The Game Awards 2022, but that doesn’t make it any less exciting. Guerrilla Games announced that Horizon Forbidden West will be getting a huge expansion. It’s called Burning Shores, and it’ll be available on April 19th for PS5 players. Check out the trailer above.
Horizon Forbidden West’s DLC Burning Shores will see Aloy travelling to a ruined version of Los Angeles, complete with lava flows and a still intact Hollywood sign. Well, at least it was intact until a giant robot absolutely bodies it. Looks like Aloy is going to have her work cut out for her.
