Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Coming To Xbox One Next Month

Hellblade PS4

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, the narrative focused action-adventure game from Ninja Theory, will be coming to Xbox One on April 11th, and will feature enhancements for Xbox One X owners.

Previously available for PS4 and PC, the Xbox One version of Hellblade was revealed over the weekend after being outed by a ratings board leak earlier in the month. Though it won’t feature any additional content, it will contain 3 modes specific to Xbox One X to tailor your experience and make the most out of the X and your 4K TV.

High Resolution mode will prioritise resolution, obviously, and will offer dynamically scaling 4K, whereas High Framerate will keep the game locked at 60fps. Lastly, Enhanced Visuals will make the already beautiful looking game even more gorgeous.

Because Xbox owners have been waiting for 8 months for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice to come to the console, Ninja Theory have announced that the game will launch with a limited time 10% discount that’s active from now until the end of the first week of release.

We reviewed Hellblade when it launched back in August, and we were enamored with it immediately. Check out what head honcho Jimmy thought of the game in preparation for its imminent release on Xbox One:

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice isn’t always perfect, but it’s a remarkably meaningful and sincere exploration of self-doubt and depression all the same.
