UPDATE: Fortnite’s Wavebreaker Pack is now available worldwide.
The first Starter Pack of Fortnite: Chapter 2, The Wavebreaker Pack, is now available in certain territories with the worldwide rollout taking place over the next 24 hours.
Currently available in New Zealand and Australia on the PlayStation Store and via the in-game shop on PC, The Wavebreaker Pack offers some great value for money, it giving players a skin as well as 600 V-Bucks to spend on other cosmetics in the Item Shop or to purchase a Battle Pass.
Here’s the listing on the PlayStation Store.
The description for the pack:
Crash through waves of enemies with the Wavebreaker Pack. Includes the following cosmetics (in Battle Royale & Creative only)
Here’s what’s in it:
– 600 V-Bucks
– Wavebreaker Outfit
– Dry Bag Back Bling
– Swell Striker Pickaxe

That’s quite a lot, especially considering the price. It’s listed as $7.95 NZD with it expected to cost £3.99/€4.99/$4.99 USD respectively. All Starter Packs are around this price, and give you massive savings overall. You’re effectively getting your money back if you’re a constant Fortnite player as the V-Bucks alone amount to the price of the pack itself.
If you don’t see Wavebreaker in your respective storefront just yet, it should be available from midnight wherever you are. Bear in mind that, for whatever reason, the Switch is usually then last to get new packs. As with most Starter Packs, Wavebreaker will most likely be around for the entirety of the season, as was the case with Season X’s The Red Strike Pack.
Don’t forget that you can also currently pick up the The Final Reckoning Pack, which will give you three spooky Fortnite skins for a lowered price. If you have a particular Samsung device, you can also get the GLOW skin for free. The Darkfire Bundle will also be launching in November; you can pre-order it now for console.
UPDATE: Wavebreaker is now also on Xbox One.
UPDATE: Here is Wavebreaker in-game.
The upcoming starterpack (releasing within next 24 hours) in-game and the wrap, which i think will come to the item shop seperately, as its not in the starterpack.
Also the unification emote, because it has an ID of "EID_DarkFireLegends" and i thought that was interesting. pic.twitter.com/T9nkDgpPxA
