The newest week for Fortnite challenges in Season 9 is upon us, and it really looks like Epic Games are continuing to put all of their creative energy into making Fortbytes each day. The challenges for Week 7 are pretty damn boring, to say the least, and don’t have much that should give you too much pause.
We have separated the challenges into free challenges and Battle Pass challenges, along with a brief explainer for each. What tier are you on?
Fortnite: Season 9 Week 7 free challenges
Search chests at Junk Junction or Neo Tilted (0/7)
A 50/50 here: Junk has fewer chests, but Tilted is much busier. My recommendation would be to drop into Team Rumble and hope you get a cold drop for Junk, which is usually dead already.
Search ammo boxes in different named locations (0/7)
This can be done in as many weapons as needed, so don’t sweat it too much.
Suppressed Weapon Eliminations (0/3)
You now only have the Suppressed Pistol and Suppressed Sniper to do this challenge after the AR and SMG were both vaulted. Don’t underestimate the pistol, especially in the early game.
Fortnite: Season 9 Week 7 Battle Pass challenges
Deal damage to opponents while riding in a vehicle (0/200)
Another challenge that I would recommend you dip into Team Rumble for. I would also recommend that you use a Quadcrasher instead of a Hoverboard for added security, plus you can get someone else to drive you.
Stage 1: Visit The Block and Loot Lake in a single match (0/2)
Pretty easy: Find yourself a Baller on the mountain to the southwest of The Block and get this ticked off easily.
Search a chest, use a vending machine and a campfire in a single match (0/1)
I recommend one spot in particular for this challenge, somewhere out in the icy expanses of the snow biome.
Eliminations from a distance of 5m or less (0/3)
Very situational, but if you use a shotgun and are not absolutely terrible at the game, you will be able to get this one done quickly.
