Fortnite is up to its old tricks again, changing the formula up dramatically with the start of a new season. But at least there’s one thing that stays the same for Season 8: unlocking a sweet Victory Umbrella for free.
The Season 8 Victory Umbrella, as it always does, also follows the theme of the season, which seems to be Kevin (or should that be Kevins) this time out. It’s also got an official name: Umbrella of the Last Reality. Check it out for yourself below.

It’s a pretty sleek Victory Umbrella, a nice purple-ish hue really helps it stand out. What makes it especially good this time is the handle, which seems to be made of Kevin energy, but corrupted.

As is customary, players can unlock the Season 8 Victory Umbrella simply by getting a win in any of the core modes, which means Solos, Duos etc — LTMs and Creative won’t count. Once you leave your winning match, the umbrella should then be in your locker.
You will have until the end of the season to unlock this Victory Umbrella, which is set to end early December. While it’s easier than ever to get a win in Fortnite due to SBMM and the amount of bots, it’s still worth it for most players to try their best on new season launch day to unlock the Victory Umbrella.
