Fortnite: Season 4 (well, the Chapter 2 version) is now upon us and it’s a Marvel theme as many have been expecting since Epic confirmed it. As part of the introduction to the new season, there’s a new Battle Pass trailer that goes over which cosmetics you can unlock.
As you can see, this season is focused on Marvel with skins from the likes of Iron Man, Thor and many, many more. It’s interesting that Epic are going for such a heavy focus on third-party content, but it’s apparently all tied into the Fortnite lore so here’s hoping it make sense.
What’s more interesting with this trailer, though, is how it looks like these skins will actually come with powers, suggesting that maybe different skins grant different advantages? It’s a weird one, so let’s wait and see how it actually unfolds in-game.
As always, the Fortnite Battle Pass will set you back 950 V-Bucks. As a sweetener for support in their lawsuit with Apple, Epic have made their V-Bucks 20% cheaper than usual so the Battle Pass will therefore not cost you quite as much.
