Guzzle Juice is a healing item first added to Fortnite in Chapter 3 – Season 1.
Guzzle Juice allows players to slowly heal their health back to 100 over time, but does not affect shields. You can’t use it on other players, just yourself. When you get hit, you will stop healing if you’ve just used a Guzzle Juice.
Bear in mind that you can’t use Guzzle Juice at full health, for obvious reasons.
If it sounds similar to the Slurp Juice healing item from Chapter 1, that’s because it’s very much along the same lines. A lot of items in Chapter 3 are remixes of older items, such as the Striker Pump Shotgun.
