Fortnite Chapter 2: Trick Shot: Visit Named Locations In A Single Match

We're out here planning routes better than Google Maps.

Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 1 has entered Week 7, bringing with it mission number seven ‘Trick Shot’. A stark contrast from the previous two missions, we’re now receiving interesting challenges that aren’t just ‘shoot this, loot that, damage this’ again. There doesn’t appear to be any specific overt theme involved this week, with the challenges being a bit of a mixed bag.

This article focuses on the challenge ‘Visit named locations in a single match’. For this challenge, you need to visit any three named locations in the same match. It doesn’t explicitly say, but you can’t enter and exit the same location, so players need to visit three different named locations. These can be any named location however, so feasibly, you could run from Dirty Docks to Sweaty Snads then down to Slurpy Swamp and it’d count, you just likely wouldn’t survive long enough to do it.

Below is an image containing the route we’d recommend that will give you the best (and quickest) chance of completion.

Suggested Route

Fortnite

The recommendation is that you start in Holly Hedges as it’s one of the least trafficked named locations on the map, then run directly southeast into the Weeping Woods using the forest as both cover from gunfire and to obscure your movements. After that head south down into Slurpy Swamp to complete the challenge.

We don’t recommend doing it the other way, as Slurpy Swamps is a much more well trafficked starting location, meaning you may run into more trouble at the start. However, if you do land here, we would recommend stocking up on shields by breaking the slurp barrels, containers and tanks to give yourself a better shot at surviving.

We also don’t recommend bothering with looting weapons, as a headstart to the next location will help you avoid the wave of players leaving their starting locations that are looking for a fight sooner. The aim is to survive and avoid conflict as fighting draws attention and attention draws bullets to your skull.

So if in doubt, follow the order of these screenshots.

If you land quickly and proceed to the next landmark in order, it should only take you a single match if you manage to avoid conflict, two or three if you get really unlucky.
