First Trailer Revealed For VR Title Half-Life: Alyx

Anyone got a spare $1000+ for a new PC and VR headset?

Half-Life: Alyx

After being leaked earlier in the week, Valve have released the debut trailer for their upcoming VR title Half-Life: Alyx, the first full length Half-Life game in well over a decade that’s set to launch in March 2020. Check out the first trailer below.

Half-Life: Alyx is set between the events of the first two games. You control Alyx Vance as she and her father Eli try to mount a resistance against the Combine forces in the remnants of City 17. The game was built from the ground up to be played in VR, and will support a variety of controller styles, play spaces and locomotion methods.

Half-Life: Alyx will also be supported by all available PC-based VR headsets and will be playable through Steam (obviously). Pre-orders are live now and the game costs $59.99, but the game will be free to all owners of the Valve Index VR Headset. For more information, check out the official Half-Life: Alyx website, and let us know how excited you are for the game in the comments below.
